We, the delegates to the first International
Conference of San Pablo City Associations held in Vancouver, B.C., Canada
on August 8 - 14, 1999 have come together and agreed among ourselves,
after thorough discussion and deliberation, to adopt the following Mission
- To organize a confederation of
Associations to be known as "Seven Lakes (San Pablo City)
- To coordinate the activities of all
Associations of former San Pablo City residents in North America and
other parts of the world.
- To pool together our efforts and
resources in order to more effectively assist our home city and our
less fortunate kababayans.
- To identify deserving projects that we
can support collectively in consultation with government officials and
non-governmental organizations in San Pablo City.
- To hold annual conventions or
conferences representing member organizations in order to receive
reports, make plans and develop sound approaches to continue and
enhance our involvement in deserving projects that would benefit our
city and its people.
- To encourage and promote closer and
harmonious relationship among members in a spirit of service, unity
